Sec. 2-5.112. Consolidation of offices: Treasurer and Tax Collector.
   The County offices of Treasurer and Tax Collector and the statutory duties and responsibilities of such offices are hereby united and consolidated. (§ 1, Ord. 407, as amended by § 1, Ord. 1450, eff. January 5, 2015).
