1177.01 CONFORMITY OF LAND.
   This Section deleted by Ordinance 12-2012, passed October 15, 2012.
1177.02 CONFORMITY OF BUILDINGS.
   The lawful use of a building existing on, October 15, 2012, may be continued, although such use does not conform to the use provisions hereof. Except as otherwise provided in Section 1133.04, if no structural alterations are made, the nonconforming use of a building may be changed to another nonconforming use of a more restrictive classification. Whenever a nonconforming use has been changed to a more restrictive use or to a conforming use, such use shall not thereafter be changed to a less restrictive use.

1177.03 NONCONFORMITY DUE TO ZONING CHANGES.
   Whenever the use of a building becomes nonconforming through a change in the Zoning Code or the district boundaries, such use may be continued and if no structural alterations are made, it may be changed to another nonconforming use of a more restricted classification except as provided in Section 1133.04.
