1177.04 DISCONTINUING NONCONFORMING USE.

In the event that a nonconforming use of any building or premises is discontinued for a period of one year, the use of the same shall thereafter conform to the use permitted in the district in which it is located. (Ord. 12-2012. Passed 10-15-12.)
