A traffic report has been prepared for this development that outlines what the ultimate traffic circulation requirements will be for the major roadways in the vicinity of the South Maple Grove development. Prior to, or in conjunction with the development of any parcel, or portion of a parcel, the developer shall ensure that the development is in accordance with the assumptions of and results of the South Maple Grove traffic study report.
Section 072-13 of this ordinance identifies the land use and number of proposed units that were used for purposes of the traffic study and sanitary sewer analysis for the area.
Increases in land use density and/or other changes to the PUD ordinance that would alter the original traffic analysis (i.e., change in street layout or access locations), will require an amended traffic report, to be submitted for review as deemed necessary by the city. (Ord. 1610, 10-25-2004)
