2-1-1: COMMISSION CREATED:

There is hereby created and established a commission to be known as the city planning and zoning commission. (Ord. 458, 4-20-2006)

2-1-2: MEMBERSHIP; APPOINTMENT:

The planning and zoning commission shall consist of seven (7) members to be appointed by the mayor with the consent and approval of the city council. (Ord. 458, 4-20-2006)

2-1-3: TERM OF OFFICE:

The term of office for the first appointive members appointed to such commission shall be two (2), four (4) and six (6) years, to be determined by lot. Thereafter, the term of office for such appointed officer shall be six (6) years. (Ord. 458, 4-20-2006)
