2-1-9: RULES; RECORDS; OPEN MEETINGS:
Written rules consistent with the laws of the state shall be adopted for the transaction of business and a written record of business, resolution, findings and determinations shall be kept. All meetings and records shall be open to the public. (Ord. 458, 4-20-2006)
