7-3-11: MONTHLY RATES:

   (A)   Monthly rates for the various classifications of sewer users defined in section 7-3-8 of this chapter shall be established by the city council through resolutions to that effect and shall be kept on file at all times in the office of the city clerk 1 . (Ord. 268, 5-22-1975)

   (B)   Effective June 1, 2005, only real property owners of property served by the city services may subscribe to city utility services, including water, sewer and sanitation. The property owner shall be considered the "water user", "sewer user" and "sanitation user". (Ord. 448, 4-7-2005)
