TRAFFIC CODE
9-1-3: CONFORMANCE REQUIRED:
   A.   Construction To Conform To Building Code: All construction of buildings within the city shall be in conformance with the building code.
   B.   Resolution Of Conflicts Between Building Code And Other Laws: In the event that there is a conflict between the provisions of the building code and any express provision of this code or other ordinances of the city, the express provision of this code or other ordinances of the city shall prevail.
