15.29.010: PAINTED GRAFFITI SIGNS:
All signs painted or drawn directly on any building or structure as defined in this title shall be prohibited. (Ord. 1147, 2015)
15.29.020: WIND SIGNS:
All wind signs as defined in this title shall be prohibited except on properties that front the 39th Street Expressway. (Ord. 1147, 2015)
15.29.030: INFLATABLE SIGNS:
All inflatable signs as defined in this title shall be prohibited. (Ord. 1147, 2015)
