§ 10.136.010   Purpose.
   The purpose of this chapter is to provide a process whereby the Planning and Building Director can make administrative decisions on minor planning requests.

§ 10.136.020   Objective.
   The objective of this chapter is to assure that persons wishing to secure decisions on minor planning permits can do so in an expeditious manner.

§ 10.136.030   Applicability.
   The Planning and Building Director may review and grant approval of the following minor planning requests:
   (A)   Home occupation permits;
   (B)   Temporary conditional use permits;
   (C)   Building permits for fences, signs and accessory structures;
   (D)   Site plans for parking lots;
   (E)   Site plans on additions to multi-family residential, office, commercial, institutional or industrial uses, where the existing building area is being expanded by less than 25%;
   (F)   Minor deviations;
   (G)   Emergency shelters in all other zone districts other than R-M wherein a CUP is required; and
   (H)   Accessory structures up to 120 feet in height in M-2 (Heavy Industrial) zone districts.
