The Director can approve a minor planning request subject to conditions. The conditions will assure that the approved project shall not constitute a grant of a special privilege inconsistent with the limitations upon other properties in the vicinity and district in which the subject property is situated. The conditions shall be contained in an administrative resolution, consistent with Chapter 10.140, Administrative Agreements.
