For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ADMINISTRATIVE AGREEMENT. A contract duly executed and legally binding between the City of Tulare, prepared and signed by the Planning and Building Director, and the applicant for a minor planning request. The agreement will delineate the terms and conditions agreed upon by the two parties.
MINOR PLANNING REQUEST. The temporary use of a structure or land, a deviation from a development standard of a zone district that does not exceed 10% of the standard, site plans on additions to multi-family residential, office, commercial or industrial uses, where the existing building area is being expanded by less than 25%, or other minor planning requests that might be added to this chapter by the Planning Commission.
