§ 10.112.010   Purposes.
   The purpose of this chapter is to establish procedures for the amendment of the Tulare Zoning title, including a change in district boundaries on the Zoning Map.

§ 10.112.020   Initiation.
   An amendment to the title may be initiated by any of the following actions:
   (A)   The filing of a zoning ordinance amendment application by the owner of the property, or an authorized agent of the owner, for the subject property. If the subject property for which the amendment is proposed involves more than one property owner, all property owners or their authorized agents shall file the application;
   (B)   The adoption of a resolution by the Planning Commission;
   (C)   The adoption of a resolution by the City Council; and
   (D)   By the Planning Director.

§ 10.112.030   Application.
   An application for a zoning ordinance amendment shall be made to the Planning and Building Department on a form prescribed by the Department. The application shall be accompanied by a fee set by resolution of the City Council.
