(A) Following a review of a minor planning request and the above findings, the Director may take action on the request. The Director can approve, approve with conditions or deny the request. Following a decision by the Director, an administrative agreement, shall be prepared that outlines the findings and conditions of the decision. The Director and applicant shall sign the administrative agreement.
(B) The Director’s decision shall be final unless appealed to the Planning Commission consistent with the requirements contained in Chapter 10.20, Appeals.
