§ 10.112.040   Hearings and notice.
   Upon receipt of a zoning ordinance amendment application or resolution from the Planning Commission or City Council, the Planning and Building Department shall prepare a notice for a public hearing consistent with the requirements contained in Chapter 10.16, Public Hearings.
