(A) Following the public hearing, the Planning Commission shall take action on the proposed amendment. The Commission can approve, approve with modifications or deny the amendment based on the findings listed above.
(B) The Planning and Building Department shall transmit to the City Council the resolution containing the Planning Commission’s decision and findings.
(C) Within ten days of adopting a resolution on the amendment, the Commission shall transmit a copy of its resolution to the person that filed the amendment application.
