(A) Whoever violates any provisions of §§ 150.01 to 150.04 inclusive, and builds in violation of detailed statements of plans submitted and approved thereunder, or of a permit issued thereunder, shall severally, for each violation, be fined not more than $50. The imposition of the fine for violation of said sections shall not excuse the continuance of the violation. Each 10 days a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Whoever violates § 150.05 shall be guilty of minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100.
(C) Whoever violates any provisions of § 150.06 shall be fined not more than $40.

(D) Whoever violates any provision of § 150.07 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
