(A) In all new construction where foundation drains are proposed for installation, the foundation drains shall be so constructed as to discharge to the storm water drainage system directly or through a sump pump installation.
(B) All roof drains must be constructed or altered so as to discharge to the storm water drainage system either directly or by flow over the ground to the system.
(C) All plans for new construction submitted to the municipality under the provisions of Chapter 150 shall indicate the method by which the provisions of divisions (A) and (B) are to be complied with.
