§ 150.52  DUTIES OF CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE.
   The City Manager or designee shall assign the proper number(s) to each lot or building in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, and he or she shall cause to be prepared and filed in his or her office detailed maps or other suitable records of buildings or lot numbers. He or she shall notify the building owners of the proper numbers of the buildings and require the numbers to be affixed hereto.
