(A) No building shall be moved from 1 location to another within the corporate limits, from outside and into or from within to outside the limits until a permit has been obtained from the City Manager, or other designated official.
(B) The permit fee shall be in accordance with the schedule of fees (Appendix of Chapter 154), shall be posted in the Community and Economic Development Department, and may be altered or amended only by City Council.
(C) In addition to securing a permit, all movers of buildings and other structures shall, before starting any work, submit a certificate of liability insurance acceptable to the Solicitor.
