§ 150.05 TURNING WATER OR ELECTRICAL SERVICE ON OR OFF.

(A) No person other than an authorized employee of the municipality shall have a key or wrench in his or her possession or use which is intended for use in turning a water service on or off.

(B) No person other than an authorized employee of the municipality shall be permitted to turn an electric or water service on or off, or to tap into a sanitary sewer.
