§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Violation of § 92.02 of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor, punishable as provided in § 10.99.

   (C)   Any person violating the provisions of § 92.04 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.

   (D)   Such fine for violation of § 92.05 of this chapter shall not exceed $500 per occurrence unless the vandalism involves fire or a health and safety issue, in which case the fine shall not exceed $2,000 per occurrence. Such criminal charge shall not bar further civil proceedings by the city in applicable cases.
