1402.04 CONFLICT OF LAWS.

In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three Family Dwelling Code adopted in Section 1402.01 and a provision of any other applicable code or ordinance adopted by the City, that provision which establishes the higher and stricter standard shall prevail.
