Whenever used in the Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three Family Dwelling Code adopted in Section 1402.01 and in this chapter:
(a) "Building Official" means the Commissioner of Buildings.
(b) "Board of Building Code Appeals" means the Board of Zoning Appeals.
(c) Other titles, words and phrases used in any portion of such Code shall be construed to mean the equivalent officer, word or phrase applicable to the Municipality.
