133.10 IDENTITY THEFT PREVENTION.

(a) Council hereby adopts the Policy/Procedure for Identity Theft Prevention, Detection and Mitigation Program (“Program”), attached to Resolution 2009-79.

(b) Council hereby appoints the Finance Clerk as the official within the organization responsible for oversight, ongoing development, implementation and administration of the Program.
