133.02 GIFT REPORTING AND RECORDATION.
   (a)   All gifts of money to the City received by employees or officials shall be deposited with the Finance Director within three (3) business days unless the amount received exceeds $1,000, which amount shall be deposited by the next business day.
   (b)   All gifts of property to the City received by employees or officials shall be reported to the Finance Director within three (3) business days.
   (c)   At the next regularly scheduled Finance Committee meeting after the deposit or report of any single gift or gifts with an accumulative value of over $250.00, the Finance Director shall place the matter on the agenda for consideration and acceptance of the gift or gifts by Council.
