GENERAL PROVISIONS

§ 53.01 SUPERINTENDENT OF WATER TO TURN ON SERVICE.

   No water from the city water supply shall be turned on for service into any premises by any person other than the Commissioner of Public Property or some other person authorized by him or her to perform this service.
