§ 53.02 APPLICATION FOR SERVICE; APPLICATION FEE.
   Application to have water turned on shall be made in writing to the City Clerk and shall contain an agreement by the applicant to abide by and accept all of the provisions of this chapter as conditions governing his or her use of the municipal water supply. All applications, when properly made, shall be filed by the City Clerk.
