§ 53.21 SERVICE PIPE TO CONFORM TO SPECIFICATIONS.
   No service pipe shall be installed unless it conforms to specifications drawn up by the Commissioner of Public Property; a copy of the specifications shall be kept on file by the City Clerk and shall be open to inspection by any person interested.
