§ 53.03 PLUMBING TO COMPLY WITH PROVISIONS.
   No water shall be turned on for service in premises in which the plumbing does not comply with the provisions of this code (see Plumbing Code, Ch. 153 of this code of ordinances). However, water may be turned on for construction work in unfinished buildings, subject to the provisions of this chapter.
