(A) No connection with a water main shall be made without a permit being issued and 24 hours’ notice having been given to the City Clerk.
(B) All connections shall be made under the supervision of the Commissioner of Public Property, and no connection shall be covered until the work has been inspected by him or her.
(C) Application for permits to make the connection must be made to the City Clerk and a connection fee prescribed in this chapter, paid for each connection.
