§ 154.057  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   VISUAL ART. A tangible creation by an artist exhibiting skill and aesthetic principles, including, but not limited to, paintings, sculptures, stained glass, engravings, statues, bas-reliefs, carvings, frescoes, mobiles, murals, collages, mosaics, tapestries, photographs, drawings, monuments and fountains.
