During the term of a franchise, any current or future city, county and school district buildings shall be added to thisAppendix B in accordance with § 123.240 by the city notifying grantee in writing of the additions, subject to grantee’s system being in operation and available for installation to any additional buildings. Nothing in this section will preclude a grantee and city from negotiating the terms of installation that may be of a greater distance as provided for in § 123.240.
