BICYCLES/E-BICYCLES; IN GENERAL
Every bicycle or e-bicycle driven upon any street, recreation trail, or sidewalk during the period from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise and at any other time when there is not sufficient light to render clearly discernible any person at a distance of 200 feet ahead shall be equipped with a lighted lamp on the front thereof visible under normal atmospheric conditions from a distance of at least 300 feet in front of the bicycle or e-bicycle and shall also be equipped with a reflex mirror or lamp on the rear exhibiting a yellow or red light visible under like conditions from a distance of at least 200 feet to the rear of the bicycle or e-bicycle.

Every bicycle or e-bicycle, when operated in the city, shall be equipped with a brake adequate to control the movement and to stop the bicycle or e-bicycle whenever necessary.

BICYCLES/E-BICYCLE; OPERATION REGULATIONS
Every person driving a bicycle or e-bicycle shall have all of the rights and all the duties applicable to the driver of any other vehicle by this Code, except as to special regulations in §§ 81.015 through 81.023 and except as to those provisions of this Code which by their nature can have no application.
