The driver of a snowmobile shall be deemed the driver of a motor vehicle within the meaning of chapter 76 of this Code and is subject to all of the provisions of chapter 76 and SDCL ch. 32-23 relating to driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, drugs or otherwise therein provided and the operation shall be punishable for any violation of the ordinance and state law.
