§ 81.035 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DRIVER. Every person who operates or who is in actual physical control of a snowmobile.
   OPERATE. To control the operation of a snowmobile.
   OWNER. Any person, other than a lienholder, having the property in or title to a snowmobile and entitled to the use or possession thereof.
   PRIVATE PROPERTY. Includes any and all real property or land within the city which has not been opened or dedicated for public use or as a public thoroughfare.
   SIDEWALK. The portion between the curb-line and adjacent property lines set aside for the use of pedestrians.
   SNOWMOBILE. Any engine-driven vehicle of a type which utilizes sled-type runners, wheels or skis with an endless belt tread or similar means of contact with the surface upon which it is operated.
   STREET. The part of the street set apart for the use of vehicles or motor vehicles and including streets, avenues, alleys and public highways.
