The waterworks system of the town shall consist of the present municipal water wells, the water of which shall be known and designated as the Simla waterworks, and the said water system shall include all water mains, water pipelines, storage tanks, meters and meter pits, and all additions and appurtenances thereto or in any manner connected therewith and shall be owned, managed and operated by the town under the designated name of "the Simla waterworks".
