6-7-1: TOWN'S RIGHTS:

The Town hereby claims and appropriates into its water service plan and as part of its water service improvements, all right, title, and interest in and to the ground water and right to use ground water in the Big Sandy Creek alluvium underlying and located within the Town boundaries. (Ord. 197, 4-3-1996)

6-7-2: DRILLING RESTRICTED:

After the effective date of this Ordinance, no person, other than the Town of Simla and/or its authorized agents, may drill or construct a water well or withdraw ground water from the Big Sandy Creek alluvium underlying and located within the Town boundaries. (Ord. 197, 4-3-1996)
