8-1-5: EXTENSION OF WATER MAINS AND SANITARY SEWERS OUTSIDE VILLAGE:
No extensions of water mains or sanitary sewers shall be made outside the village limits, unless such property to be serviced shall first have been annexed to the village, and any such extension shall be at the cost of the property owner and subject to installation plan acceptable to the village. (Ord. 84-05, 6-5-1984)
