The Superintendent or other officer or employee of the Water and Sewer Department shall be permitted at all reasonable hours to enter the premises or buildings of consumers for the purpose of reading meters and to examine the water pipe and fixtures and the manner in which water is used. The Department reserves the right to set or remove a meter whenever it is deemed advisable so to do. (Ord. 85-05, 6-5-1984)
