The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors shall charge and collect the fees prescribed in this article for services performed by the Clerk and those fees specified by statute or by regulations of State and/or Federal government.

The fee for providing an audio recording on compact disk is $7.60 per disk.

Except as otherwise provided by law, the fee for notary public services, including, but not limited to, taking an acknowledgment or proof of a deed, or other instrument, to include the seal and the writing of the certificate, and administering an oath or affirmation to one person and executing the jurat, including the seal, is $15 for each signature taken.

SEC. 160.6. FEE FOR DUPLICATING DOCUMENTS.
The fee for duplicating documents is prescribed by Section 62.1 of the County of San Diego Administrative Code, established by the County of San Diego Auditor and Controller's Office, unless otherwise specified by State law.
