12.76.070: SOLICITING RIDES OR EMPLOYMENT:
No person shall stand in a street or roadway for the purpose of soliciting from the occupant of any vehicle a ride, employment, the parking, watching or guarding of a vehicle, or other business. (Prior code § 46-17-270)
12.76.080: PARENT AND GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The parent or custodian of any child and the guardian of any ward or person having charge of any blind, confused or incapacitated person shall not authorize or knowingly permit any such person to violate any of the provisions of this chapter. (Prior code § 46-17-272)
12.76.090: PEDESTRIANS OBSTRUCTING SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED:
Pedestrians shall not obstruct or prevent the free use of sidewalks or crosswalks by other pedestrians. (Prior code § 46-17-271)
