   EDITOR’S NOTE: The City has entered into separate agreements concerning compensation and other employee benefits with the Salem Police and Firefighters Association. Copies of the latest such agreements may be obtained from the Clerk of Council.
   Pursuant to Ordinance 000620-76 the City adopted a Personnel Policy Manual which repeals all prior ordinances with regards to policy and/or benefits, with the exception of Ordinance 931019-120. Ordinance 060606-36 sets employee fringe benefits for nonrepresented employees and City officials.
