165.03 JURY DUTY.

A full-time City employee who is required to serve on jury duty shall be paid his or her normal pay for those days spent on jury duty. The employee shall turn in to the City Auditor any compensation paid to them for such jury service. This benefit shall be retroactive to January 1, 1979.
