Building Department

1303.01 Established.

1303.01 ESTABLISHED.

The City of Salem does hereby establish a Building Department.

1303.02 AUTHORITY.

The Building Department shall have full authority to enforce all laws, statutes, and regulations as provided and authorized in the Ohio Revised Code and the Ohio Administrative Code pursuant to the certification rule adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards.
