GENERAL PROVISIONS
§ 94.01 INTENT.
   (A)   It is the intent of this subchapter to ensure that the keeping of animals within the village is not injurious to the health, safety, and welfare of the residents of the village; to protect against the occurrence of offensive odors, noise, accumulation of animal waste, and unsanitary conditions; and to prevent against attack within the village.
   (B)   The provisions of this section are also calculated to maintain the value of residential properties within the village.
