§ 94.22 BARKING.
   No person shall own, keep, or allow any dog which, by loud, frequent, or habitual barking, yelping, howling, or long continued noise causes the annoyance or disturbs the comfort and repose of any person in the vicinity or neighborhood, particularly during the hours of 10:00 p.m. through 7:00 a.m., or at other times.
