§ 92.06 REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF DEAD ANIMALS.
   When any animal or fowl shall die within the limits of this village, the same shall be removed by the owner or occupant of the premises on which it is found within 24 hours, and buried at a reasonable depth below the surface of the ground so as to leave no stench; and if the owner or occupant shall fail to perform the above duty within 24 hours after notification by the Board or its Health Officer, he or she shall be liable to the penalty hereinafter provided.
