§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates, or fails to comply with, any provisions of §§ 94.01 through 94.06 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than $200, or imprisonment for a period not to exceed 30 days, or both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court. Each day that the violation continues is a separate violation for purposes of enforcement of §§ 94.01 through 94.06.

   (C)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 94.20 through 94.22 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to by a fine not more than $75, or imprisonment in the county’s jail for a period of not more than 60 days.

   (D)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 94.35 through 94.39 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine not more than $75, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than 60 days.
