A resident or other person may petition the village for a permit to keep farm animals, otherwise prohibited herein, by submitting to the process for a conditional use as contained in the village’s Zoning Ordinances, found in Chapter 154 of this code of ordinances, or an event permit for the temporary keeping (parades and the like) by application to the Village Council.
